Project Overview
As part of the SG50 celebrations, an exhibition cum competition was held by SPRING Singapore, titled "Local Champions, Global Leaders". The objective of the exhibition is to showcase local and global companies and startups that have contributed to the progress and success of today's Singapore.
The exhibition was held at the Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre, from the 5th to the 9th of February 2015
Roles and contributions
I was the appointed photographer for team 'Youth-tube'. I helped create the marketing collaterals used for the exhibition, such as corporate office shots and portraits. I also helped to film and edit the introductory video that told the story of a startup in Singapore
What I learned
For my first time working with my seniors, whom I wasn't very close with, I learned to work in completely different environment, with a new set of team mates that guided me not as their junior, but as their friend. During this project, I picked up a few technical skills on Photoshop and Indesign from my facilitators, team leaders and team members.
